I am long customer of IRCTC and on 28/11, I have planned my train journey to Kolkata from Patna for my marriage on 1st Dec. But unfortunetly Amritsar Mail got delayed for more than 48 hrs, so we have not taken the flight option from Patna to Kolkata.
So I have filed TDR against the delay of Amritsar Mail, but amount not refunded. Kindly refund the money.
