I have booked a Tatkal Ticket on 22nd Nov from NDLS to PNBE.
The Train was late around 6 hours which is not suitable for us so we have spoken to IRCTC customer care they suggested if journey is not comfortable in this case you just file TDR, you will get your full refund. I did so. But the thing is that why should they take more than 3 months in refunding amount.
Anyway I am posting my details i expect I will return my money as soon as possible because I have need my money urgently.
