Hello Sir / Madam,
I booked a ticket today (10 /03) at 10.55pm from MDU to MS on 23 /4 through KANYAKUMARI EXP and after the transaction while redirecting the process was down and I didn't receive the ticket. The money is transacted but the ticket is not received. I request you to either REFUND my money or give my ticket to me ASAP .
This is really making me to feel guilty that the SERVICE through IRCTC is not good.
I request you to take immediate action on this issue.
