Us cancelled & very very late

On 12th may i booked bus from banglore to irinjalakuda

but at time of departure when i reached bus station they told that bus was cancelled (it was mistake of travel agency where ticket booked they didnt informed us)

at last they some how arranged another bus

that bus was to guruvayur and expected to reach thrissur by morning 6am

but reached valayar @ 5.30am and stopped for 2hours

at 7.30 they didnt started from there

when asked driver he told another 2 hours it will take to start

at last i stepped down at valayar then reached home by line buses

this is very bad that late around 5 -6 hours

how will passengers reach by time?

train is better...
