We was in search of a good deal for visit Jabalpur, Bedaghat, Kanha and panchmarhi and got contact details of Mr. Devendra Kashyap (Director, Kashyap Travels, Contact no: 09630714543

He arranges a good deal for us including hotels in Jabalpur, Kanha, Panchmarhi, Vehicle for Jabalpur to kanha to panchmarhi & Safari tickets. We were very happy till the finalization of deal and we also transferred 50, 000INR as advance to him. (Confirmation mail from him is attached for your reference along with bank receipt.). The problem starts with our departure from Ahmedabad by his communication of changing hotels in Kanha and Panchmarhi, we were agree for that changed hotels also as no other options were available at that time.
In Jabalpur he took 500/-for the hotel drop which was given complementary by him in package. He took 6000/- in case at the hotel only and we have paid other 8000/- to the driver in our journey.(Total Amount paid to him is 64, 000/-INR out of 68, 000/- now.)
In Kanha we faced power related problem as generator was not proper and room was without Television, we still managed to stay there for one night and plan to extend one night in panchmarhi. In panchmarhi, hotel was very bad as the rooms were not as per standard and hotel owner was not ready to change the rooms, finally we decided to shift to other hotels and asked Mr. Devendra Kashyap to change the hotel. He was agree on that day (23/05) to give refund of that hotel payment in my account and we have shifted in other hotel by paying full amount for 4 days from our account.
Now, after rigorous follow ups he has stop receiving our calls and not arranging refund for our payment. Total refund we need from him is
7250.00 (1450*5 for cancelled kanha stay)
17, 250 (1150*5*3 for cancelled panchmarhi stay)
400INR he took as guide charge and not paid by him.
500 INR taken for Hotel drop

We need your help badly for getting the refund from him and stop him doing same with others.
I have tried to contact him by mail also but he is not reverting.
