I had transported my goods thru' Mr vinod from chandigarh to mumbai in may.. one cartoon was missing during my goods delivery to mumbai and rather than arranging for the missing luggage the loading people were asking me extra money for loading the luggage. They arranged the missing cartoon after 2 weeks of constant followup and calls which was in open condition.
Couple of items have been found missing in my luggage. My wall frames were in broken condition.
I had also transported the car and they have misused my car. They removed the music player from my packed bag in the car and used it .. also fiddled with my music system. My car arrived 2 weeks after the scheduled arrival and the car speedometer was not working. The meter reading was less than the one last taken - the speedometer was not working. There were ciggrate ashes and buiscuits were dropped on the car floor along with used soaps. Looks like instead of transporting they have drove the car all the way from chandigarh to mumbai.
They have a bad service and this is surely not a recommended service for any delicate / costly items.
