I booked 02 tickets to Mumbai & back in the month of March through IDBI Net banking. But only 01 ticket got cancelled as the Kesinenis Tour & Travels have a rule that "ONLY ONE TICKET AT A TIME WILL BE CANCELLED THROUGH NETBANKING BOOKING". But i mailed and called them several times, but there is no response.
Please do the needful in this regard.
