I have booked bus ticket through internet for journey from Hyderabad to Pune in Kesineni Tours & Travels (Journey Date: 24/06 PNR No: 05E7D8).

Kesineni Tours & Travels cancel my ticket at the last moment and not refund my money.

When I am calling them in there are telling they have made the payment, I need to check with payment gate way.
