Refund for Cancelled Ticket

Hello,

I booked a ticket in KESINENI TRAVELS to travel from Hyderabad to Vijayawada round Trip on 6th April and return was planned on 8th April. Due to some reasons I got cancelled both the tickets on 4th April. I have received the refund amount for Hyderabad to Vijayawada but not for Vijayawada to Hyderabad. I called up Kesineni Customer Care and they told me to send the bank details thru email on 9th April. I forwaded the same as per the request. Since then i have send reminding emails for about 10 times and i called up for almost 40-50 times. They keep on saying will get back to you... I dont know why they are doing this. Even the Kesineni customer care is not giving proper response on this matter. Please advise me what to do on this care.
