Refund fraud

I had booked a ticket from palani to channai on 04-091 and cancelled that ticket by 03-09 by online. but the refund amount was not credited to my credit card a/c.the ticket no is H002588249. i contacted the helpdesk, but they said the ticket was not cancelled. what a fraud people.i realized almost everyone is fraud but they used to speak about corruption . cheating fellows.
