Service cancellation refund is not given

Dear sir,

I have booked a ticket from Mangalore to Hyderabad on 5/10 in karanataka state road transport corporation bus (KSRTC) with the following details

PNR Number J25799967 Trip Code 1558MNGHYD. the bus had been cancelled without any prior notice.and with lot of struggle I had to find alternate travelling mode on the same day. today it is 3/11, almost 1 month over the amount still not refunded. whom should I approach. I contacted all the numbers given in Ticket and websites. I send mails to awatar also . no use
