Dear Support Team,
Irrespective of our repeated phone calls and several mails are exchanged I am not at all satisfied with your commitments made by below customer care executives. As per below confirmation mail I made by travel arrangements. Now am waiting for my hotel confirmation voucher. As am travelling to Jaipur by 01-Oct-11. If am not received before 30-Sep-11 I will move this issue to Consumer court for justice.

W.r.t. below mail and today's confirmation still you have not send the Hotel Voucher yet. You people are making false commitments saying that voucher will be send in the evening. This reply am getting for the past 1 month.

W.r.t. below mail I have not received the Hotel Confirmation Voucher from your end. As per the telecon had yesterday (27-Sep-11) afternnoon to sachin and given the details of below persons going to stay in hotel.
Mr. Hari. K.V. Age 41
Mrs. Usha. Age 37
Master Adarsh - Age 8
Master Sudersh - Age 4
Then I was told that Mr. Sachin will send the hotel confirmation through mail in yesterday evening. But as of now I have not received yet.
Please do the needful immediately.
