I had booked ticket for my sister through looknbook.com for AMD-BOM for spice jet but after reaching airline counter with e-ticket issued by looknbook.com found that ticket was fake, PNR generated was not found in airline reservation system, when contackted looknbook.com office there response was poor and they started blaming us for not confirming ticket with airline. and told us to take refund of ticket. As per them ticket was generated due problem in their computer system, booking was not done at aaal. My sister was stranded at airport with big mental touchure and embarrasment . after threatening of lodging complain to consumer court they arranged for other airline ticket which was after two dep for AMD-BOM.I have written complain mail to looknbook.com ontheir e-mail and asked for apology for laps in their service but till now no reply.
Really hopeless company, I was impressed by their website due lower prices put by them, pls do not book ticket through this company.
