The complete details Regarding my issue are Mentioned in Trailing Mail, and in brief my complaint Summary is:
I received a call from your Mentioned Outsource Company, Regarding a Voucher Scheme Package, and they promised to deliver the same within 21 days, but they failed to Deliver the same with unspecified reason, Besides this I made Regular calls for 2 months to Remind them about their commitments, but no one picked up the call. This no was given by their team member as Customer care helpline of Make my Trip who Ringed me first time with the offer (011-40785161), and In spite of Several calls they have not Responded my mails, I also reminded Make my trip team and the agency too, I can forward the complete details of my credit card transactions and detailed mail exchange over this issue, I request you to pl intervene ASAS so that the issue is resolved and my money is paid back also in future they should not be able to cheat innocent common people.
