Inefficient Service

Hi

On 27th January I booked my onward and return journey ticket from Bangalore to Mantralayam road using makemytrip. After the payment of money, for booking of railway ticket, the tickets were not booked due to a some technical error on makemytrip end, but the amount for ticket was deducted from my bank account. I have been contacting them for last 5 days, they tell me to send my bank statement. Next day when I call them they say they have not received the mail or the bank statement should be in PDF format, etc. I have not received any sort of communication from them till date. What shoul I do
