I booked a Train Ticket with Make My Trip on 9 June. But the site hangs up in between and Money (Rs.1389) was deducted from account. I got a mail form MMT regarding the same and they told me to wait for & working days to refund. I got a mail on 12-09-10 confirming the refund of my money. but I did'nt got the money refunded. When I asked the MMT they told me to provide the bank statement in PDF. I provided..But afte that they just passing the time. I fired 10 mail to different supports of MMT.
