Refund of lost id

Dear Team,

I was trying to book a ticket on 21st Dec through MakeMy Trip website IN1012B09340, the transcation amount of 56398 Payment Ref Id:-0195752251

was deducted from my ICICI bank. The ticket was not booked due to technical reasons. I called customer care and provided them the bank statements for refund. Company claims that they have processed the refund and will be reflecting in 21 days since it was a NetBanking Transaction. There is no confirmation given to me by the company also there customer service agents just say to wait.

I have no trust on such false promises made by company because they havent provided and documentary evidence of this.
