Mismangement and no communication and complaint redressal

This is to bring to your notice the horrendous experience that I had to undergo after booking a travel package through you, for your ref I booked a kovalam package on 20th June and my booking id no is 1106B09783, I also booked the Indigo flight and the PNR no is CEYTAQ.I have stated below the sequence of events and would want your comments and action on the same. It was a very stressful and tension driven vacation and I would like to forget the same asap.

Till the time, package was finalised I used to get 8-9 calls daily from Mr Aarif, he was the gentleman who finalised our itenary. Once we had booked the package, it became impossible to ctc him, even after sending him messages on e mail... we never got a revert or call from him.

We were told by Mr Aarif that an extra seat would be provided for our child and he even charged the amount for the same but we were never provided the same in the aircraft and as usual Mr Aarif was not available on phone.

Our package included 3 breakfast/lunch or dinner, free aurvedic massage for a couple but the hotel refused this saying that they did not had any confirmation on this and we were only provided 2 breakfast/dinner and the rest we paid from our pockets, there was no complimentry massage also. We have written confirmation from Mr Aarif on the same.

This came as a big surprise to us, we called make my trip nos 011 66371007/011 66371024 TWENTY THREE TIMES on 13th aug from Kovalam but did not manage to speak to Mr Aarif as he was too busy to come on line. We managed to speak to Mr Raju who promised that he would call back but never bothered to do the same. In this age of internet and e mails, we could not get any confirmation till 16th about our package. It surely means that we were misled about the package by Mr Aarif.

This kind of service is not expected from such a big organisation, I would now think many times before reccomending your service to any body and I am also planning to put this up on social networking sites. I have given my feedback also on line and I am expecting some kind of damage control exercise from you guys. My holiday was spoiled big time by make my trip team, if you want I can forward you the email confirmation that were sent by your team.

There was no effort to provide the right kind of feedback and lots of lies and deciet was involved to gain the customer and once we were through with the transaction, everything was very conveniently forgotten... though I have given my on line feed back yesterday but I am yet to hear from you people.
