I had made my booking through make my trip for Funtastic Thailand in the month of december.

I wanted to avail the cash back offer for international travels offered by make my trip. I had been in contact with Sumit Chaudhary & Neha Mehta (Initially) from operation team, who helped me to pay the payment through IVR and he informed me that I will be getting cash back in 7 working days.
After 15 days of my travel, I contacted Make My Trip operation team[Sumit Chaudhary] asking the reason for not receiving the cash back. He simply IGNORED the calls initially and then one day Sumit Chaudhary picked the call and requested me to provide the credit card details & he will get back to me soon with the reasons.
After one week I again contacted Sumit Chaudhary and this time it was shocking to see he either didnt picked the call or when I call him he simply laughs or pretend that he is NOT Sumit Chaudhary. This is very shameful & disappointing how they treat their customers.

Now I want my cash back value back & also request make my trip team to take some action against (Sumit Chaudhary) and supervise their staffs.
