I booked ticket from Delhi to Lucknow from Make my trip booking reference number FLT00008116124 worth Rs 3487 on 28/11.
however, money got debited from my account without providing ticket, when i called up customer care to confirm the status, i was told that same will be refunded to you with in 2 days which is not been given to me.
01st Dec - I called up again to confirm the status and i was told that same will come to your Back account by end of the day.
02nd Dec - I called up again when my call was disconnected.
02nd Dec - I called up and was on phone for almost 35 minutes.
02nd Dec - I called up 03rd time to ask for refund and check the status but I was told that it will take another 3 - 4 working days. when i talk about customer service my call was disconnected.
Kindly look in to this and take appropriate action.
