My complaint is about the refund which make my trip has to give it to me that is of amount rs 12000. it has been a month i still not got my money back and all the time i call the customer centre they say u will get ur refund back in 7 days and keep on repeating same sometime they dont pick up calls or put it on a long hold so if anyone from customer support department please do consider it .my booking id IN1004B10946.
