Cheating in hotel booking

I was booked my hotel from Make my trip for Dwarika (Gujrat), after booking again i was booked my all next travel booking. After 1 day make my trip guy called me and saying that we don't have room in your booking hotel, Now you have only 2 option, take your money back or we will give other hotel room.. I seen other hotel is budget hotel, and they want to provide me budget hotel room in place of Luxary hotel room.

I tried to contact all where in make my trip, but not received any proper response.
