I had booked a railway ticket through Make My Trip, The booked ticket was cancelled on 16th June. Refund amount not yet credited back to our account even after 50 days. Booking reference id -NR251204550778 (with make my trip). The company says that they had already done the refund, but the amount has not yet been reflected in our account. Make my trip is not giving a clear answer for the Refund amount. They says that the amount is credited back, but not ready to give any reference number for that particular transaction. Make my trip is not even responding back in this matter. This is a matter of cheating. So kindly take necessary action against this and do the needful to refund the amount.
