I booked a ticket (Trip ID 11072910945) through cleartrip for travel date 26/10 and it got cancelled due to waiting list. I called up their customer service in October and I was told that I will receive the refund in 21 days. But it was not. I called up again in December and this time they said 7 days. This assurance also failed.
Again called in January and asked customer care officer to transfer the call to their supervisor and everytime got the answer that they are busy and their will call back with in 1 hour. But never received any call back.
I have sent a final reminder to them to arrange my refund with in 7 days. Otherwise I will have to go to take legal action against them. Still have not received the refund. It looks like they will refund it only when I sue them in court.
