Lost of Pan Card

Dear Sir,

This ramesh from Porur, Chennai, Tamilnadu. On February 20th I went to goa for a vacation and during the time when staying, the Hotel person asked me my ID card for a proof and hence I handed over my pan card and later he didn’t return and I also forgot to collect it. When I am returned home I noticed I missed my card and I called to that hotel regarding it. They said the card was there and hence I asked them to courier to my address which I msg them. But till now I didn’t receive my card and when I enquired they said they had sent it through courier for which they didn’t send me the docket number also.

They response was so poor that I feel my card was lost. Hence I am sending this mail for to apply for the new card with the same pan number as the same number has been registered with my office for the tax purposes.
