This is with regards to my stolen bag incident which happened while i boarded the first volvo from pune to Mumbai where i lost all my certificates marksheets passports mobile phones clothes and other articles worth close to 2 lakh rupees and i suspect a strong involvement of the driver The Volvo Bus in which this incident happened beared the number MH 11 T 9241 I had a confirmed flight from bombay to Delhi along with my wife which also went a waste as we couldnt board it as we had to lodge the complaint which took all day long my bus tkt numbers were 020047 and 020048 dated 1st September booked at 5 36am the bus drivers name is Suresh Dichukle and his mobile number is 9921663655 i need help the driver is summoned to nerul police station but is not showing up;
