I AM MEMBER OF ''CAMBAY FAMILY HOLIDAY CLUB FROM 1/4 MEMBERSHIP NO. CFH000002401

I PAID FOR THIS RS.1, 10, 000/- AS MEMBERSHIP & RS.6703 AS ANNUAL MAINTENCE CHARGE.

WE BOOKED VACATION AT KERALA, KOLLAM FROM 13/11 TO 16/11/11

AND WE REACHED THERE IN TIME, BUT AT SAME RESORT WE CANNOT GET ACOMMODATION .THEY HAD NOT EVEN INFORME US

NOR THEY GIVE ANY ROOM . SO, WE VERY TORCHARED & HARRESSE.

SO WE REQUAST TO YOU PL. HELP ME FOR MY VALUABLE FEE BACK.
