On 23 July some lady offered me via telephone for some
discount voucher with a credit card for which they
wanted my credit card deatails from saying EBL Club Leisure & I was diverted & gave them the credit card details imedietely after a sum of Rs 5509/- was debited from my cr card though they have not told previosely about the amount. After that
I wanted to contact them to the number they called from but the Vodafone number was told 'out of service'. The said numbers were: 9582934034, 9582286086.
The call center number:01145738585-is not replying PROPERLY
In this circumstances I want to cancel the offer
& want the refund.
Please help me.

Transaction by Fraud by Club leisure delhi

This is a case of fraud being done by below mentioned two companies, of which i am a victim.
One employee neeraj of EBL-CLUB LEISURE DELHI called me on 22-july after getting my number from somewhere about some travel plan offer by a Mumbai based company Travel Port. He asked me to enter the credit card details in the name of some verification & registration. As I was not familiar with the usage of the credit cards, entered my credit card details on the phone and transaction of Rs 5509/- happened. I received a confirmation call from M/S Travel Port Mumbai about the transaction the same day.
That person, neeraj of EBL club leisure never spoke about any transaction or amount etc, he asked credit card details for registration purpose only. He had the fraud in mind. The contact Nos given by them are 9582922574 & 011-390202 & 011-4573855 does not seem to work and last one does not respond properly.
After that I immediately blocked my Credit Card and raised a transaction fraud complaint with my bank, kotak which is under process.
I called up travel port after getting their contact No (022-26748000, 1800222426) from their website www.travelport.in to complain about the matter. They asked me to send my complaint by email at their email ID [email protected], which i have done, however their response has been unsatisfactory. I sent first mail to them on 23-July-10 and even after continuous reminders and follow up by me since then, no action is taken.
When i searched for EBL-CLUB LEISURE DELHI on the internet, i was surprised to find many complaints against them of exactly similar nature. Now i believe they are running kind of Racket (Both EBL Club leisure Delhi & Travel Port Mumbai) of such fraud. EBL club leisure does not seem to have any website, when one search them on google, only cheat complaints show up.
I Sincerely request the concerned authority to take strict action against them for running a racket of cheating people in the name of travel & leisure offers
