False Boarding Address

I booked online ticket from Thane to Baroda thorugh redbus.in. The borading address was clearly mentioned as Godbandar Road, Suraj Water Park/ Dongari Pada, Race Taravels.with Phone No. :022-28904843. But when we reached the spot, we were told that our boarding is from Fountain Hotel, which is apporx. 10km from the mentioend location. When we called the Neeat travels we got reply that you have to reach the Fountain Hotel. The same location is no where mentioned in the complete ticket.

We now require our Ticket money Rs.3000 back from Neeta tours & Travels & redbus.in.
