Not keep up their commitment

I bought the bus ticket for mercedes benz of neeta travel paying more for the same, journey dated 26 dec .but we were not boarded on that bus and when all the customers shouted they said they would refund the amount but they did not do so... plz do the needful...

they cant simply fool the customers...
