We had a lonavala package deal all inclusive with Neeta ..The Neeta in hotel is pathetic ..we had super deluxe room..in which the AC was not working, Fan which makes noise..No Hot water..the intercom was not working..they promised us a whole day site seeing..which actually covered 3 spot..
The service was really pathetic at the hotel..They fool the consumers by the nice pics of their hotel on the webiste.. the rooms were not even cleaned n on top of the stinky..
Also, while traveliing wid Neeta, the Bus provided was not even volvo which was obciously promised to us..with no time schedule of it..they keep us waiting one -two hors for the bus tomumbai in the morning ..with no proper time schedule..
they will charge u for even bisleri..which should be inclusive in the package..Poor cheap service n attitude of the staff..
A final wors..do not travel or stay at Neeta
