Hi,
I was out of town and had to book a ticket urgently for my aged mother to travel from Mumbai to Pune (for personal reasons). I booked a convenient seat for her, online, at neetabus.in and expected professionalism and peace of mind that would normally be expected from a private setup.
However, I was in for a rude shock when I found out that my aged mother was not offered the seat that I had booked and was asked to sit far back. Also the behaviour of the helper/crew was not courteous taking into account her health/age.
This is a complete breach of business ethics [how can someone be denied a seat that they have booked for and paid extra (online booking) ].This only goes to show the complete lack of professionalism from Neeta. I would warn the consumers and would suggest them to travel by Shivneri/alternate travels instead.
