I traveled on 25th March, PNR No.1738085 using Neeta volvo services from Pune to Bangalore. While booking the ticket on makemytrip i was shown the boarding point as Hinjewadi at 7.30 pm.
But on the day of my travel, I got a call from Neeta customer care that you have to board the bus at 7pm from Jehangir Hospital, so i went there but the bus arrived at 7:45 pm. Then again to my surprise the bus went towards wakad and then to Swargate and then to Katraj. It left Katraj after 10 pm. It reached Bangalore at 11:30 am next day, delayed by more than 3 hours and I had to skip one of the important meetings in my office.
Worst service in terms of punctuality.
I would never travel with Neeta again and I have already sent a mail to all my office colleagues in Infosys and other friends in TCS, Wipro etc.
Worst bus service after paying more than Rs. 1000/-.
Many people missed their office because of your shitty service.
