We have deposited Rs. 3.75 lac for the Europe tour. We were told that after getting visa tour will be organised. but after some time company informed us that we are not getting visa so they canceled our tour. there after offered us package tour of singapor worth rs. 2.07 lac. i agreed for that tour.
In this condition company have to refund me my other remaining amount around 1.43 lac.
But now Ace tours people are not giving me my money back.
Even they did not gave me any document regarding refusal of my visa of Europe.
I sent legal notice in this regard to Ace tours, but no response from their side till date.
