Worst experience with Aerojet travel agency. On 28th of August I tried booking ticket with Aerojet. Ticket are being shown as available at the site, ofcourse @ lower rate comparatively to others but when I filled up all details regarding my travel and gave my Citibank debit card details the site came back saying there is no tickets available. To my surprise I found that the amount has been debited from my account even though the ticket were not issued. I tried same again and the same result. I doubt whether they had the tickets available at the rate given.
The reference # Ref: 024019013085 and 024019008743 (citibank reference number).
I have been calling Aerojet and the payment gateway everyday making STD calls 3-4 times a Day but everyday Eveyday I call them they will say that they have already refunded the amount and they are checking with Citibank and will take my cell number saying that they will call me back. This will never happen and I have to call them. Today when I called Tech process they told me that they are wokrking with Citibank and will give me a concrete answer by tomorrow.
Aerojet has given me two reference number and said that they have refunded the amount on 14 September the reference number are Ref # 10203293 and 10207017.
The citibank trace number for my trasaction for the amoutn Rs. 13106/- (twice) total amount Rs. 26212 are
203293 and 204620 and the vouchers number is 5602293194771008.
I am really fed up with following up with Aerojet and Tech process people. I had to visit my home town for some urgent issues but because of this I had to drop the idea of travelling and afraid to make any online ticket booking with any travel agency. People going for this site should think thrice.
