I came from China.
On 11th of January, India Information and Reservation Center issued a voucher to me to arrange my travelling from 11th to 20th, from Mumbai, Chennai to Colombo, the package service stated in vourcher includes below items:
1. Airport pick up and hotel drop.
2. Hotel booking
3. Sightseeing, include car rent and guidence.
However, in Mumbai, Chennai and Colombo, there is no anybody to pick me up in airport. Everytime after my several telephone calls chasing, after several hours wasted in airport, they all told me to take taxi by myself.
On 17th when I arrvied in Colombo, they even didn't book hotel yet. In a hurry, they told me a hotel name and ask me to take taxi myself. When I got in the hotel, hotel manager told me they never got any instruction from the agency, even they don't have any former business with them. If the hotel didn't get any payment in advance, I have to pay for all of charges myself.
I have to make many many calls to these cheaters, either nobody pick up phone, or cheating me they will arrange payment tomorrow. However even till 20th, they didnt pay once Rs to the hotel. Finally I have to pay the hotel in amount of aournd US$300, otherwise the hotel can't allow me to check out.
During the cheated period, I paid many extra charges like taxi, telepone, wasted many hours in airport. As a matter of fact, I have paid all of the charges to the agency in amount of Rs59000.
Hereby I claimed the agency to pay me back all of the extra charges US$300, additionally they have to compensate me US$200 for penalty to their cheating service and my lost.
Please help me.
