Dear Sir,

I had visited SHIRDI on 2nd January on the vacation of NEW YEAR 2009.My return trip was via PUNE.The Bus droppped me near Shivajinagar Bus station. I went to a travel agent and enquired about Bus going to Dapoli (Ratnagiri Dist). He said seat is available and told me to pay Rs270/- .Since i was not aware of rate, I paid him. Later i boarded the bus from Swargate, found the Bus was empty with only 7 passengers. All passengers paid only Rs200/-.Later I contacted the NOOR TRAVELS
