REFUND OF BUS FARE FOR BUS SCHEDULE WHICH WAS NOT THERE

I HAD BOOKED A BUS FROM MYSORE TO BANGALORE TO TRAVEL ON 24TH MAY 12 (PNR 00OTH5) NIGHT FROM MYSORE AND WAS WAITING FOR THE BUS WHICH WAS NOT THERE. OLIVEA TOOK Rs.500/- FROM MY WHILE BOOKING IT THRU THEIR NET. I WAS TOLD ONLY WHEN I ASKED THEM WHERE THE BUS WAS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE BUS SERVICE IS NOT THERE AND THEY WOULD REFUND MY AMOUNT. IT HAS BEEN HORRIFYING DAYS SINCE 25TH MAY 12 THAT I HAVE BEEN WRITING TO THEM FOR THE REFUND, I HAVE CALLED THEIR OFFICE, PERSONNEL BUT TILL NOW Rs.500/- HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.

I REQUEST THOSE WHO WANT TO BOOK THEIR TICKETS... PLEASE DONT BOOK IT THROUGH... OLIVEA ELSE YOU END UP IN BEGGING FOR YOUR OWN MONEY.
