I had taken a holiday package of Rs.7000/- for anywhere in India. We thought we will utilise this package during vacation time and so I send my booking well in advance i.e. almost 3 months before on 03.3.2011 for june. My booking id no. is 201010011521. I also send Deman draft of rs.750. It is specifically mentioned in your brochure that after receiving our booking you executive will call us and confirm the booking. But nobody even bothers to call us instead we have to keep on calling and the lines are continuously engaged. I have also sent more then 10 emails but only an automated reply comes and that is over there. Nobody bothers to reply it or neither does any of your executive calls us back. It is nearly two months and we have not yet received any confirmation from their side.
I think this Religare is a fraud company and cheats people all over India to take their packages. Till they do not convince us they keep on calling 100 times. But after they receive the money not a single call is received from their side. Please look into the matter seriously and take serious action against them so that other people do not suffer the same problem as I have suffered.
