Dear Sir, I called customer care at 0700 am to cancel the ticket to My travel agent at make my trip wher i was informed that i need to contact Airlines. I called up customer care Kingfisher to cancel the ticket and to inform that i am not traveling. However, My call was on hold for more than 30 minutes and call was disconnected. I asked about the cancelation charges where were not informed and call was simply disconnected by Agent Name (Mahima). I found all agents were sleeping and they were not in mood to work. I need full refund as this was harassment.
