Dear Sir/mam,
I am writing here to inform you that, I purchased a holiday voucher of INR 5499 from hellotravel.com service executive, Order Id :- 10317194. I have booked my flights and chasing for hotel confirmation. Everytime I called them and ask for my bookings, I receive similar response from them "sir we have not received your voucher and DD". This happning allmost one month, after sending scaned copy of draft and application form for booking date for Goa, they agreed they got my form. there are littel time for your bokking. we are looking into and will get back to you in a week. You kept on waiting for your call. This darama is going on from past one month, now they give me booking confirmed with us Hotel Bella Rosa @ Goa.which is not listed in their website and its 2star hotel Room Category – 02 Standred Rooms. I requested to Period of booking - 19/05 to 23/05.
So i ask to BellaRosa for check my booking, they refused for my booking and say me to ask HELLOTRAVEL again.
Now i think this HELLOTRAVEL can spoil my and my families whole vacation so i again call to customer care no to refund me i don't want to take risk. now they bluntly refuses me for refund.
I kindly request to you to help to get refund.
Whenever i call they told me for 1-2 days and never called me. At a time of my payment Mr. Krunal promises me, you will get conformation within 72hours for you desired destination but all false after 1-1.5 month i don't get anything. Only talking no action. I am waiting for reply thru this website otherwise i have to file FIR against ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS INDIA Pvt Ltd./ Hellotravel.com
