Bag it today and Affordable sales promotions Pvt Ltd are big cheaters. They are cheating and misleading customers at every stage.
I had received call from Harsh Pandit from bag it today for holiday package offer, and I booked it by paying online Rs.7000. They promised me in mail that I will receive my holiday package booklet within 7-10 working days. But that I didn't received till 20-22 working days, and after so many mails and constant phone calls, they delivered me my booklet by which I can redeem my holiday package.
We had to fill up the form with choice of our place and had to send it with DD of Rs.750. I send it through Blue dart courier. As per Blue dart courier's online tracking system it is delivered to Affordable sales promotions Pvt Ltd on saturday - 18/06. Since monday I am doing daily 3-4 calls and mails for confirmation of receipt of my courier. But on customer care phone number either they are not picking up phone, and if pick up than put on hold for long time like for 15 minutes, so ultimately I need to disconnect the phone, and they are not replying to mails as well. I have sent them scaned online tracking detail report of blue dart courier as well. Now its enough. They do not care for their customers, and they are concern with money only. Once customer pays money, they are not replying on phone and on mail as well. Now I do not want to deal with such a big cheater comapny. I want my full refund of Rs.7, 750.
And friends, its my humble request that if you do not have extra time and money, never deal with these cheater companies.
Please help me to get my refund.
