I had paid Rs.7750/- (Rs.7000/- by Credit Card on 31/12 at 17:08 Hrs. & Rs.750/- by demand draft no.: 269855 dtd.: 25/01 drawn on Canara Bank, New Delhi) to Affordable Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd to book hotels for my trip to Thailand. I had also filled up their Voucher Code Request Form No.: 1576 dtd.: 24/01 (Booking ID : 777770180) and posted it to their address Affordable Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd, Mail Shop #1023, SkyLoft Business Suites, 1st Floor, Advant Navis Business Park #7, Sector 142, Expressway, Noida 201301. Henceforth some 40-50 phone calls had been made by me to confirm the booking but in vain.
Now I have send them a letter dtd.: 08/08 requesting them to refund the money paid to them along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of payment till the date of refund and requisite penalty. I have not yet received any reply from them in this regard.
I request you to help me in getting back my money, of which I have been duped by the aforesaid company.
