Complaint for misbehavior of Patel Tours & Travels bus staff & very bad Service

Sir/madam,

I have booked five tickets on DT: 16/05 for Ahmedabad to Shirdi for DT: 24/05 Wednesday tour in non A/c sleeper in Patel Tours & Travels and I was given printed ticket which was bearing ticket no. 2011# 15471 PNR:20584461 Trip: Ahmedabad –Shirdi (Non A/c -2X1 (41) Non A/c). I have reached at along with my other family members at your Jodhpur cross road office on time. We were taken in mini bus to Vishala circle bus parking area, near vishala hotel. Where we all have taken our respective seat as per our advance bus ticket booking

I respectfully state that i was travelling with my family members which includes myself, my wife, my daughter aged 2 years, my mother aged 63 years, my father aged 70 years. I am making /writing this complaint to you because staff members of bus no GJ-1 CU 8080 of Patel tours and travels have misbehave with me and my family members. As you are very much aware of that tour and travelling line/business always need good customer service and nice behavior with passenger. But in my case your staff had misbehaved and given very bad service.

I further respectfully submit that on the starting of journey (i.e. DT: 24/05 Wednesday) at evening time around 6:45 PM when my small daughter aged around 2 year had asked for urinal and my wife had taken her to toilet which is located in the bus parking ground, the bus staff on board had started shouting without any reason though bus had even not started and bus staff was managing vacant passenger seats. This was the first instance when bus staff on board had misbehaved with my wife and shown inhuman behavior.

I respectfully state that normally in long bus journey it is expected to take timely break so passenger on board can take rest, food, water, etc and go to urinal and get fresh. But during DT: 24/05 7:00 PM to DT:25/05 9:30 AM journey nothing had happen like that and to my shock and surprise bus no. GJ-1 CU 8080 staff had shown their rudeness and inhuman behavior by not stopping the bus for urinal purpose and on and above had used abusive language and done insult of myself, my wife, my father, and my mother. It further respectfully submitted bus no GJ-1 CU 8080 at midnight had taken second break around 3:00AM at Dahrampur and thereafter in morning when my wife, father around 7:00 am in morning had asked bus staff for urinal break which was refused by bus staff on board and massage was convey by bus driver that he will stop the bus within 10 minute but he had not stop the bus after half 30 minute also and thereafter when Nasik city had came on the way. Therefore my father had again asked bus staff allow him to get down for urinal but driver along with other bus staff had not allowed him to go down for urinal purpose also and in bitter word conveyed my father to take his seat immediately. Therefore my wife had again approach bust staff and requested to stop the bust just for 5 minute on road side so all ladies members along with other bus passenger on bus can go for urinal and get relax. This time bus driver who was driving the bus had replied in slang language and convey that bus will not stop till further for next two hours. Other bus staff members who were seating in the driver cabin have supported the version of the bus driver and had made mockery of my wife. At last bus was stopped at around 8:30 am at Purohit Restaurant. It is pertinent to note down that such bad behavior of the bus staff of Patel Tours & Travels is really unexpected and which is against the consumer law, and it pertain to criminal offence under Indian penal code too.

So i request your good office to take strict action against the erring staff of bus no. GJ-1 CU 8080 who were in charge of tour/trip date 24/05 6:45 PM to DT:25/05 9:30 AM Ahmedabad to Shirdi and give me compensation for the same. Kindly let me know in writing what action you have initiated against the concern erring bust staff.

Do needful in the matter at the earliest.
