They care careless and even not worry about the passenger, they take passengers as there property. They are big cheater and not taking any responsibility & hopeless management.
I have booked my ticket Paulo Travel Volvo Sleeper coach on For Mumbai to GOA and GOA to Mumbai on 30 May and 1 June respectively.
While going we reached Panjim by 1 PM, where expected time is 9.30 AM as bus is breakdown (understand technical fault).
When We returning back from Goa to Mumbai on 1 June we have horrible experience
1. Bus got accident, with TATA Safari 2.30 AM after aprox 25 KM from Ratnagiri (250 KM from Panvel), some where near to one Village
2. TATA Safari driver is get badly injured and our bus is not in position to move forward.
3. We (all passengers) keep our cool and, fist look after the Safari Driver. After 60 Mini, some discussion was going between Safari Driver and Paulo bus driver.
4. As per the Paulo drivers said, there manager is arranging some thing and will take time as tomorrow is Sunday, and we have no option apart from wait and we are ready for that.
5. Around 6 AM, We have called Paulo bus manager, (as one passenger is having his number), can come to know Driver is arranging for us.
6. We are all surprised to lesion manager and driver conversation, they are suggesting to take Train (which is 17 KM away), Some other mode.
7. They have taken 1.8K RS / Ticket and 40 setter Volvo bus full with children, ladies and some old age passenger.
8. Manager and Bus owner switch off there mobile.
9. We (all passenger) used there contact, and some how manage to contact on there personal number
10. Thanks to Villager how not take a single penny for there help and arranging the bus.
11. While putting the lots of pressure, they are ready to pay to two twenty setter bus (9 AM).
12. We reached Panvel by 4.30 PM.
This is the way to treat the passenger? When you are in place where nothing around you and Ratnagri is near by. They are running the bus services and thy can contact some one and send it on immediate basis, but they are only responsibility of taking the money.
Useless fallow and not advice any one to use this travels.
