My name is Ramesh, based @ Kochi. I had booked a 7 night package by paying Rs.7000/- and an additional DD for Rs.750/- towards processing charge. My booking ID is 999003287. I had send the booking voucher form almost 5 months back. They are still sitting on it without any action. After repeated reminders they are trying to offer me cheaper resorts at various other locations instead of the originally offered 4 star properties and the requested destinations. Till now even after my repeated pestering mails too they are not responding and are keeping absolute silence. I am highly dejected and very much disappointed by their actions. I grabbed the offer believing the brand image & goodwill of RELIGARE. I suppose this is a fraud company and request you to take action...
