I booked my Go Air ticket on the portal goibibo.com for travel from Delhi to Lucknow. The flight on Dec 23 (G8-351) was cancelled and the airline endorsed on my ticket the eligibility for a full refund. On my return back to B'lore, I approached Goibibo for the processing of the refund. Till date (Feb 8), the full refund has not been processed by them. The airline (Go Air) processed the refund to Goibibo on Jan 5. The travel agent is making unclear excuses and not processing the refund to me. I am at my wit's end to figure out how to go about getting my money back.
Really unprofessional on the part of Go Ibibo!
