I had send my home stuff using Aircon International Movers Packers from Mumbai to Solan (Himachal Pradesh). Mr. Raghuveer (09821464315) who claims himself to be the agency owner in Mumbai area had charged me Rs 27000 for the services (Rs 24000 for Packing and Moving Rs 3000 insurance). For insurance this guy never gave me any receipt / cover note. And they had promised to deliver the goods in 8 to 10 days but they actually took more than 15 days. The most horrible thing was when these guys had dropped the stuff on the road near to my home in Solan at 10 PM in the night and called up my parents to arrange for the labour of their own. This is the last thing that one would accept on earth. In the process they had damaged the majority of the goods because their packing wasn't upto the mark. And since these guys did not actually buy the insurance policy for the goods so no claim could be made for that either. This is one of the most horrible experience I have shared here. I request you all that never ever use their service (Aircon International Movers & Packers). They claim themselves to be an International Moving and Packing company but they are just an ordinary transport company which do not have any professionalism at all.
