"Air india tours&travels" have registered in RedBus, through this we have booked bus ticket with double the price than the normal cost. Only after the travel we came to know that they are selling Bangalore tickets without a valid bus permit. To fool the Tax authorities in the Karnataka boarder, they have ordered the passengers to board an ordinary bus which has the entry allowed in to Karnataka.
Above fraud is made by the "Air india tours&travels" management to cheat the government. The other action which really scared and caused the entire passenger to spend 3 hours on the highway is non availability on standby tire [Stepney tire]. We have enquired the driver regarding the Stepney, exact statement given by the driver is the "Managing authorities have not given them a Stepney ."
This is really not a way to run a Tour&Travel company.
We hope posting this complaint on this web site will have some effect on the fraud forced on to the consumers.
