One of the tour operator and travel agent "Ganesh Tours & Travels" opp. railway station, Madurai, represented as Govt approved agent, has cheated us by taking advance money for our tour package but did not make arrangements for room bookings and on last day did not provide the separate vehicle (Qualis - Toyota) as promised. They particularly their manager Mr. Nandu misbehaved with us.
while on the tour, we find out that we are not the only persons who have been cheated rather there were many other Hindi speaking tourists, they were made false promises. it was really a harassment to all north Indian or other Hindi speaking people. can anybody help in this regard and do something to stop such malpractices going on ruthlessly.
